We Who Wrestle With God | Week 3

Leadership is hard.
Just ask Moses. While he was on Mount Sinai receiving the Ten Commandments, the people he was leading were already wandering away from God. By the time Moses came down the mountain, things were completely out of control.
If you’ve ever led anything—a church, a team, a business, a family, or even yourself—you probably understand some of his frustration.
Leadership can leave us wondering, Am I really making a difference? Do I have what it takes? Is this even worth it?
Here’s what I’ve learned after years of wrestling with some of those same questions:
If leading was easy, everyone would be doing it…but God equips the people He calls.
God doesn’t ask us to lead because we’re perfect. He asks us to trust Him, lead with humility, learn from our mistakes, and depend on His Spirit along the way.
Jesus modeled this perfectly. He was misunderstood, criticized, betrayed, and abandoned—and He kept leading.
Why?
Because love doesn’t quit when leadership gets hard.
So wherever God has given you influence today, don’t quit. Keep loving. Keep trusting. Keep leading.
God isn’t finished using you yet.
