Sharing Jesus with Our Community
Heartland Community Church is committed to helping people in our community engage in the process of finding Jesus, following Jesus, and sharing His love. One of the best ways we can do this is by partnering with organizations in Medina County whose complete focus is sharing the gospel with those who need to hear it! Service is an incredible gift, as well as an act of spiritual formation. Click below for information on who our partners are, what they’re up to, and how you can get involved as we seek to share the love of Jesus in Medina County!

Kids Hope USA
Mentoring One At-Risk Child Once A Week
Kids Hope USA gets the privilege to serve our community through adults spending just one hour, once a week, mentoring one at-risk child at multiple Medina elementary schools. When one adult that attends Heartland regularly has a little extra time and a lot of love to give, that person can make a difference. By giving a child support and encouragement, you can lead them to a brighter future. If you would like to participate, contact Angel Evans at email@example.com.
Family Night Events
We have an opportunity to give back to the community and SHARE the love of Jesus right here in Medina at Liberty Plaza. At Family Night, you’ll play games and enjoy a meal with local families. For more information, please contact Nicole Weidokal at firstname.lastname@example.org.
