Sharing Jesus with Our Community

Heartland Community Church is committed to helping people in our community engage in the process of finding Jesus, following Jesus, and sharing His love. One of the best ways we can do this is by partnering with organizations in Medina County whose complete focus is sharing the gospel with those who need to hear it! Service is an incredible gift, as well as an act of spiritual formation. Click below for information on who our partners are, what they’re up to, and how you can get involved as we seek to share the love of Jesus in Medina County!

We Are A Church That Sends!

We care for our nine Global Partners around the world in a number of ways. We call them Global Partners instead of Missionaries because we believe language shapes culture. And we value being in relationship with our Partners and caring for them holistically.

Our Global Missions Team helps support and encourage the Global Partners we engage with through Partner Care, while also finding strategic ways to engage the people of Heartland and help them connect with Global Missions. It’s our hope that everyone who calls Heartland their church home will go on a Global Missions trip at least once!

We believe God is calling us to send our own Global Partners from Heartland.

Our vision to send our own Global Partners is the same as that for our existing Partners. We value sending well and caring for them in preparation before they go, as they go and when they return.

If you believe God is calling you to be sent into the field, and you’d like to discuss Heartland being your sending church please contact Nicole: nicole@heartlandcommunity.org
